Terms of Service

By booking through this website you agree to these terms with Stay Faded Barbershop (“we”).

Appointments

  • Times shown are in Central time. Please arrive a few minutes early; late arrivals may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
  • You can reschedule or cancel at any time before your appointment from the link in your confirmation. There is no cancellation fee.
  • We may need to reschedule if a barber is unavailable; we will contact you using the details you provided.
  • Appointments are limited per person to keep availability fair.

Payments, deposits and refunds

  • You may pay at the shop, pay a deposit online, or pay in full online. Any remaining balance is due at the shop.
  • If you cancel or we cancel, any amount you paid online is refunded in full to your original payment method. Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear.
  • If you do not show up, amounts already paid online are not refunded.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and may change; the price shown when you book is the price you pay.

Reviews

Reviews should be honest and respectful. We may hide reviews that contain abuse, personal information or spam.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site, attempt to book slots you don't intend to use, or interfere with its operation.

Text message (SMS) terms

  • Program: Stay Faded Barbershop sends appointment confirmations, changes, reminders and a request to review your visit by text to the mobile number you provide, only if you check the box to opt in when booking.
  • Frequency: typically 2–4 messages per appointment.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
  • Consent to texts is not a condition of booking or buying anything.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
